Found on Craiglist a 4pc discolored burgundy leather sofa, with lots of cat scratches/clawing/nicks and seats were discolored. Some other foreign discolor stained spots going on at top of sofa. I really liked the structure and quality of the sofa, both ends reclined, and price was so right, after I got done turning my nose up at all those cat scratches, I took b4 and after pictures.
The seller was moving and needed it gone, she went from $200 down to $30. I said well I may can take it for that price. This piece was in a $500k home in our well to do area-lol. So I paid her and picked up on the next day, wondering if I made the right choice. I had no idea what and how I was gonna fix that eye sore discoloration.
Being a Pinterest/Hometalk/and coloring book groups/Furniture Recycling groups/subscriber I have came across other blogs on how to paint sofas and chairs, but never Leather.
So I let my fingers do the walking and asked Google the famous Q/A—“How to Cover Cat Scratches on Leather Sofas” and Heirloom Traditions RE Luv video appeared on my search. When I saw that video I knew I had to give it a try.
I said to myself that lady in the video sure make this look to easy and to darn beautiful. However just in case it really works just as easy as she made it looked, then I’m gonna have to begin writing blogs.
I am here to tell you all, Yes she is the real thing, you must do exactly what she said in the video. Stir the can very well from the bottom. I am so excited and happy with this product, I have shared this product with several people already. I’m so proud of my sofa, it looks so RE Newed I couldn’t believe. I highly recommend this product.
