Heirloom Traditions has 13 colors available in our one of a kind liquid wax formula. Choose clear liquid wax when no antiquing is desired. All of our wax products will tone, enhance, seal and antique your painted finish.
Why should I choose liquid wax over traditional soft paste wax?
1. It is easier to apply because it is a liquid.
2. It is permanent and does not need to be repeated in the future.
3. No cure time.
4. No buffing.
5. Goes further than traditional soft wax.
Liquid Waxes are available in an 8oz bottle in 12 colors plus clear.

I've only had the chance to use this on a practice board so far. It does provide a smooth, soft surface but not quite as soft as Soft-Touch Poly or regular wax. I've not perfected my technique for applying it yet, so that may be the issue. But, don't misunderstand - it does provide a soft finish. It also leaves a hard shell that is very resistant to my attempts to scratch it with my fingernail. I like it a lot so far but will use it on small projects for now until I'm more comfortable with the application process. I wish there were more videos available on how to use/apply it. The one available is using the colorful spray on. I'd like to see one using color or clear without spraying it on since that type of top is no longer available (from the tutorials I've read in the past, everyone poured it into a bowl anyway. I just can't find those written tuts anymore! My fault!)
